Quoting a reference

Every basket is given a reference of the form HW-XXXXXX, shown on the basket and on the confirmation screen. If you sent your configuration through, that reference is what identifies it — it carries the exact reinforcement, bore, length and fittings you chose, so nothing has to be described again over the phone.

Find your reference in the basket
