Terms of sale

HoseWorks has not published terms of sale for this site yet. Rather than show terms nobody has agreed to, this page says so. Anything you send through the hose builder is a request for a quote, not an order, and no contract is formed by it.

What already applies

One thing is asked of you in the checkout and is worth repeating here, because it is the nature of the product rather than a policy:

Assemblies are cut, crimped and pressure-tested to the exact specification you give, so they are non-returnable once manufacturing starts. You confirm this before reaching the payment stage. It does not affect any statutory right you have if goods arrive faulty or not as specified.

What is not settled

• Payment terms — card payment is not connected on this site.
• Delivery times and carriage. Lead times are still being confirmed.
• Warranty, liability, and the returns position on faulty goods.
• The technical specifications shown as TBC in the configurator — working pressure, temperature range and bend radius — which are not claims until they carry real figures.

If any of this matters to a purchase you are considering, get in touch and ask. A person can answer it; this page cannot.
